Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The verification fee

Verifying a trip on MeterBot costs a one-time fee of ₹12 (inclusive of GST).

2. When it is refundable

The ₹12 fee is refundable if the verification fails to be delivered due to a fault on our platform — for example, a payment that is charged but does not produce a valid verified receipt for the trip.

3. Cancellations & disputes

Please raise any dispute within 24 hours of the trip ending, so we can review the trip record while it is fresh. The rental amount paid to the machine owner is a matter between the customer and the owner; MeterBot only handles the ₹12 verification fee.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@meterbot.in with the trip code and the mobile number used for payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
