1. About the service

MeterBot is an equipment-rental verification platform operated by VarniksGlobal LLP (“we”, “us”). During a trip, it records a machine’s working hours and the area covered using GPS telemetry from the driver’s phone, and issues a tamper-proof, verified receipt that machine owners and customers can rely on.

2. Verification fee

Verifying a trip costs a one-time fee of ₹12 (inclusive of GST). This fee is for the verification and record-keeping service only. It is separate from any rental amount the customer pays the machine owner — MeterBot does not collect, hold, or process that rental payment.

3. Who operates MeterBot

MeterBot is a product of VarniksGlobal LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use MeterBot only for genuine equipment-rental trips and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent trip information.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
